What is it about?

1.PSO is proposed to optimize the weight and threshold in ELM algorithm. 2.In order to realize the quantitative detection of rail fatigue crack, an ultrasonic guided wave technique based on PSO-ELM algorithm is proposed. 3.The FE simulation and experimental results show that the proposed PSO-ELM algorithm has a good detection effect on the prediction the depth of the rail fatigue crack, which provides a method for the detection of the rail fatigue crack depth.
