What is it about?

Development of regression/mathematical and graphical models capable of predicting the unconfined compressive strength of soil-cement, soil-cement/PFA and soil-cement/PFA/GGBS stabilised soils.

Why is it important?

The developed mathematical and graphical models are important because they can be used by practicing engineers and industries to accurately predict the unconfined compressive strength of stabilised soil-cement, soil-cement/PFA and soil-cement/PFA/GGBS soils and saves construction time and time of running this test in the laboratory.

Perspectives

The process of putting this paper together was very rigorous and the content is very rich and reliable as all results were validated. The software used (SPSS) in developing the regression models was also validated and the paper was rigorously reviewed.
