Why is it important?

The novelty of this study is related to producing the nanofibers from blending natural biopolymers such as CS and SA in low concentrations with G for food packaging applications.


My view on the research, that the research dealt with the importance of natural polymers and the difficulty of converting their solutions into nanofibers by electrospinning method because of the high surface tension these solutions have and the idea of finding the appropriate concentration of the solvent
