Why is it important?
I have begun a long-term research project investigating the transition of HR practices and roles in Multinational Company (MNC) subsidiaries in Central and Eastern Europe in 2004, as these challenges occur in our countries. We conducted our first survey round successfully in 2009 - 2010. Our next surveys happened in 2011-2013 and in 2015. The aim of our surveys is to understand both the recent and future challenges inherent in human resource management given this new, complex and dynamic landscape.
Perspectives
As founder and coordinator of the Central and Eastern European International Research Team will provide research summaries (booklet, article and conference contribution) of our survey findings
