Why is it important?

This article is important as it adds information about student views of the flipped classroom using qualitative research methods and analyses.

This article is unique in its presentation of the student's viewpoint of being in a flipped classroom. Students are often at the mercy of whatever new teaching strategy or technique their professors try out in the classroom. Eliciting student view of new strategies is an important step of creating effective teaching-learning strategies for nursing education that are evidence based.
