Why is it important?

The term mindset has been used with design thinking but not clearly elaborated. This paper clarifies the meaning and its significance for education and practice

Perspectives

I think it's important in all the debate around the continued value of design thinking that the mindset aspect is emphasized, as this focuses attention on heuristics and principles rather than methods or particular goals, e.g. profit, as the key.
