What is it about?
Healthcare workers enquire few clients about feelings during their routine visit to Antiretroviral clinics. For example, feeling sad, sleeping poorly at night, eating poorly, feeling weak just to mention few examples.

Why is it important?
Our findings shows that few clients were enquired about their feelings and alcohol use. Improvement in enquiry will help clients who attend Antiretroviral clinics to access mental health services at same time when they are accessing HIV services. This will improve their mental health well being
Perspectives
I was very happy to see my first article being published in one of best journal in the world. I hope readers have enjoyed reading our article which I published with my lecturers and supervisors
