Why is it important?
Our findings shows that in order to improve service delivery for people living with HIV/AIDS by health care workers, there is need for continuous capacity building for palliative care both at undergraduate level and during in-service period
Perspectives
it is important for us to look at care for PLWHA beyond drug treatment. More interestingly is that palliative care should be extended to other chronic diseases such as HIV/AIDS and not limited to cancers or end-of-life care alone
