Why is it important?
Two hours advance in forecasting road conditions is the best advance I know of. Google searches fro "stau" are like advance announcements of traveling.
Perspectives
It is a behavioral paper in a elementary sense. People search for traffic jams on highways announcing where they are and what their itinerary is.
