What is it about?

E-learning is taking shape in low and middle-income countries. Developing standards is critical in quality programs for training health workers. An integrative review was done to identify if there are any standards in Low and middle income countries

Why is it important?

The quality of health outcomes in the community can be measured by the quality of graduates we produce. Hence improving and strengthening quality systems in training can improve a communities health outcomes.

Perspectives

Writing this article was a great pleasure in an area am passionate about. When we improve the quality of health professions we not only help health professions but also improve the health outcomes of communities. Technology in health training is enabling health professions' continuous education.
