This article is about the levels of satisfaction of edentulous patients by their complete dentures after minor corrections .The corrections are focused to manual corrections of border and flanges by dental therapist, relining, rebasing or even occlusal adjustments.

It is important for therapist as well as for the patients as the information and direction for subsequent activities for a longer period of time in the therapy of edentulous patients .
Perspectives
Regardless to the fact that modern dental concepts practically eliminate the edentulous group of dental patients everyday dental practice in many geographic areas constantly face an increasing number of patients who seek for the therapy by complete dentures.For a number of these patients the conventional acrylic complete dentures are completely satisfactory and economical ly acceptable therapeutic resolvattion.This article provides information and suggestions for better therapeutic approach respecting these specific patients
