What is it about?
Postpartum family planning use is modern contraceptives use during the Postpartum period, meaning during the first year after child birth. In this systematic review and meta-anaysis we including all primary studies previously conducted in all regions of Ethiopia.

Why is it important?
In this systematic review and meta-anaysis , we wanted to see factors contributing for low use rate of these modern contraceptives in Ethiopia. For this, we included all eligible primary studies conducted in Ethiopia prier to this systematic review and meta- analysis.
Perspectives
In this study we identified factors that helps all actores should work on to improve the low use rate of contraceptives in Ethiopia
