What is it about?
Lassa fever disease may present with neurological manifestations such as confusion, seizures, irrational behaviors, and coma in the late stages of the disease, but rarely in the early stage. We observed an unusual pattern between two outbreaks with different presentations. Early onset neurological manifestations were noted during the second outbreak, contrary to previous reports.
