What is it about?
This series of posts are my take (as a paramedic academic with over 14 years experience teaching level 5,6 and 7 paramedic studies) on how to write at level 7. They are aimed at health professionals who are thinking of studying at level 7 or are struggling to acheive the grades they want at level 7. My aim is that they are easy to understand, focus on the main points required and contain little tips to help to improve academic writing at Masters level

Why is it important?
The paramedic profession now requires a degree qualification for registration and in order to progress up the career pathway often there is a requirement for the applicant to be studying towards or to have acheived a level 7 qualification. These posts aim to support students to step up from level 6 study and acheive these level 7 qualifications and improve their grades.
Perspectives
These posts are written from my own perspective and what I look for at level 7. Please bear in mind that other academics and institutions may expect slight variations and it is always best to check with your own institution academic services to ensure you are meeting the correct standard.
