Why is it important?
As well as being aware of the problems that patients have, it is also important to ensure that NHS look after themselves and do not put their bodies under strain.
Perspectives
Often NHS staff have to act swiftly to treat patients in life or death situations. We react automatically to situations and may put our bodies at risk of injury when there is no one else to assist.
