Why is it important?
ITS QUALITY OF LIFE OF OUR POPULATION AND SAVING SKIN OF ELDERLY AND HOSPITAL ADMITTED POPULATION. Our findings show that the SKIN ASSESSMENT AND EARLY REFERAL TO WOUND CARE NURSES AND IMPLEMENTATION OF THE SKIN BUNDLE MAKE A DIFFERENCE.
Perspectives
