What is it about?
Dialysis provision can encompass a wide spectrum of therapies that includes fully assisted, shared-care, self-care and home haemodialysis. Personalisation in dialysis may be achieved by combining treatment efficacy and safety with greater patient autonomy and flexibility. Redesign of dialysis pathways to combine these elements can deliver outcomes that achieve goals for the patient, physician and nursing team, alike.
