Why is it important?
aesthetic practitioners should always strive to be as expert as possible, patient safety is of utmost importance. To be a safe effective and skilled practitioner one should aim to be at the level of expert rather than novice.
Perspectives
I can see how the different levels of skill, from novice through to expert are easily identified in the medical aesthetic community. But we should all be striving to be expert.
