What is it about?
Patient and Carer input on learning needs and evaluation of education effectiveness are essential if education programs are to achieve expected outcomes. Program evaluation can also contribute to improved patient-centered care and rehabilitation outcomes. Qualitative description, one method of education program evaluation, is demonstrated in this study.
