What is it about?
There’s dissonance between hiring and HR and the necessary and talented nurses from other countries coming to work in the UK. This article hopes to explain some of the issues and posit solutions.

Why is it important?
It’s important because not only are international staff essential to the health care system, they offer unique skills and worldly knowledge that help us care for our ever expanding population and diverse cultures.
Perspectives
As a white nurse I feel responsible to elucidate on what I have seen in my own personal experience and extrapolate that knowledge into solutions to keep our staff and support them effectively with moving and adjusting to new countries.
