Why is it important?
As PM, I hated staff calling in sick! It was so stressful. Finding cover on a weekly basis proved difficult, and finding a temp nurse that actually worked well with the team. My nurses on AJ's Dental Fairies are all nurses/ staff that I would personally employ myself. Unlike other agencies, AJ's Dental Fairies represents me as a person, I can not afford to have someone give me a bad name.
