reduced post operative pain and rapid recovery coupled with excellent surgical exposure.
Perspectives
in all surgery we should be aiming to provide the optimum technique for surgical precision with minimal tissue trauma and reduce post surgical pain as much as possible to give an excellent recovery. Laparoscopy provides one means to do this when removial of the gall bladder is required in the dog.
