Perspectives
This study shows the step by step of a good method to establish face validity of a quality instrument. But also, and more important, bring up, for the first time, a tool that helps managers of health companies to understand the lean implamentation trough the employees perspective and to improve it. All of this with a easy, fast and eficient tool, EPLIT-Healthcare assessment.
