Conversley those who were using it regularly fround it enabled better collaborative care and research shows timely access saves time and improves patient safety.

I hope this is read by those who commision and manage services so they can think about the benificence which motivates staff. I would like to think that nurses reading it can see some of the good experiences of their colleagues and think that they may change their practice accordingly
