What is it about?
Turning a flagship annual multiple sclerosis into a virtual experience. We have shown that not only is it possible in a short space of time but also just how valuable a channel it is for the future.

Why is it important?
A virtual conference can make a great educational forum more accessible. We have found there is a place for virtual and a high quality programme is received well.
Perspectives
Reflecting on the first MS Trust virtual conference was a pleasure as it endorsed what is already a flagship annual conference and increased our confidence in what we provide - a highly prized educational and networking conference for health professionals working in or with an interest in Multiple Sclerosis. I hope this gives encouragement to others who may have been running disease specific annual conferences for health professionals to continue this much needed resource.
