Often times, no comprehensive evaluation is undertaken for training programs. It is important to do so, so that further improvements can be made


Often times, evaluation of training only consist of pre-test and post-test. We contend in this methodology paper that a training evaluation can be conducted in a more comprehensive manner, in addition to controlling for confounders
