Mice lacking IGF1R in the granulosa cells are a great experimental approach to study the crosstalk mechanisms between FSH and the IGF system in vivo. We expect to elucidate no only the pathway crosstalk close to the receptors buy also the genomic targets coordinately regulated by FSH and IGF1R.
