The frequency, severity and sophistication of cybersecurity incidents are increasing, demonstrating that the next generation of cybersecurity risks cannot be fully mitigated by technological security controls alone. To increase cybersecurity in this age, end users must practice excellent cyber hygiene. According to the research, social culture has an impact on reducing cybersecurity risk. Since the majority of research on the topic is conducted in other nations, such findings could not apply to India because of its distinct societal culture.
