Why is it important?
SEG is a technical professional society that has been male dominated for most of its 80 year history. This is an update of the women’s network created to advance women’s contribution to the society and the profession of exploration geophysics.
Perspectives
As a Member for over 49 years it’s important to recognize the contributions that women have made through the years especially during WWII and at the founding of the society.
