Why is it important?
We propose a method to position Shot Points in 2D and 3D heliportable seismic survey. It is important to better define the budget during the bid phase as well as to reduce the cost during the execution of the project.
Perspectives
This article can be taken as refrence on which statistical model can be created to simulate the helicopter flight time and thus helicopter costs needed to perform 2D and 3D heliportable seismic survey.
