What is it about?

Why is it important?

SF-36 is an important instrument in measuring the quality of life of patients. It is used widely but since the Malay language is the main lingua franca in this country, and with the increasing use of this questionnaire in assessing the quality of life of patients, we feel the need to validate this questionnaire.

Perspectives

This is a difficult paper to write and to analyse especially when using statistical software such as SPSS AMOS. But we finally managed to establish the reliability and validity for use of this instrument.
