What is it about?
Physical Activity 4 Everyone is a secondary school based program targeting adolescents physical inactivity whilst they are at school, and beyond. The program has seven components. In addition, it has a largely unique aspect to it also. That is, this paper highlights not only what the seven program components are (Physical Activity Practices), but also how these will be implemented (an additional seven Implementation Adoption Strategies).

Why is it important?
Adolescents are highly inactive in Australia, as many as 90% are considered inactive! This program protocol details exactly how a Physical Activity 4 Everyone could be replicated, and how the program is supposed to work.
