What is it about?

What makes people more employable and more successful in the labour market? Our theoretical model, building on previous literature, tried to systematize current evidence and identified four main components of employability that people should value (i.e., employability orientation) and develop (i.e., employability activities): career identity and self-management, professional development, networking, environmental monitoring. According to our model, such dimensions constitute emploaybility and contribute to individual career success.
