Why is it important?
Provides a conceptual framework and evidence that organization values are neither to be uncritically accepted or dismissed as superficial.
Perspectives
The use of organization values was a practical concern for a healthcare organization, who we worked with to help them identify ways to measure organization values. During that project we came to appreciate how mixed and ambiguous the perceptions and impacts of organization values can be. We sought to model and explain this.
