This paper tried to find the enjoyable queuing behaviors and its impact to customer perception of waiting time.

Why is it important?

Originally, customers are tired to face a longqueue, unless there are things to sidetrack them, entertain them, or force them to join a queue willingly. This study discussed the application of enjoyable queue on four kinds of queuing situation in Taiwan and find the differences among them.
