What is it about?
Until world leaders in power understand the hidden ulterior transactions that interfere with attempted efforts to achieve peaceful resolution of deadly conflicts, most efforts will fail.

Why is it important?
The one, single, primary concern of humanity has been the striving for peace in a world shattered by forever wars. Until those in power apply the principles of transactional analysis they are doomed to fail at peaceful resolution of these conflicts.
Perspectives
In resolving interpersonal conflicts, I have been able to help many persons achieve peaceful relationships. If it works for them in should work for groups in conflict.
