Ballet students showed greater psychological inflexibility than music students and students without any training. Data confirm prior findings that practice of ballet can have a potential impact on mental health.

We showed that ballet practice can have an impact on mental health of children and adolescents. This is important for teachers to lighten up classes and for parents to keep an eye on their kids well being.
