What is it about?
The aim of the study is to investigate factors that influence the adoption and use of educational technology by students of a university in a developing country. The study is based on the unified theory of acceptance and use of technology (UTAUT).

Why is it important?
The study contributes to the formulation of approaches and guidelines to enhance the adoption of educational technologies in developing countries.
Perspectives
This is a paper that will possibly contribute towards my final dissertation for the award of a PhD. It is also the first paper I have ever written and published. My hope for this paper is that it will help future authors identify the factors that contribute towards use of e Learning systems in developing countries, specifically Africa.
