Why is it important?

The results of this research invite managers to become aware of the positive and negative effects of the organisational and technological environments they offered to their employees, and on the dimensions of employees' motivations. Employers must seek to stimulate the autonomous motivation of their employees (values and pleasure) since this stimulation will directly influence their performance and ultimately contribute to the sustainability of businesses and employment.

Perspectives

I hope this article will be read by managers and not only by academics.
