What is it about?

Conceptual/practical and empirical research literature suggests that cultural humility positively contributes to both psychotherapy supervision process and outcome (e.g., fostering a strengthened supervisory alliance). Supervisors could benefit from learning about cultural humility and incorporating it into their supervisory practice.
