What is it about?
The COVID-19 pandemic had a large impact on the provision of behavioral health services and related outcomes. This paper examines the impact of the pandemic on IPS supported employment services across NYS. Changes occurred in training and implementation support activities as well as the ways in which IPS services were provided. Employment outcomes dipped early in the pandemic but soon reached pre-pandemic levels.
