What is it about?
E-cigarettes are highly popular, although their long-term health effects remain unknown. Conventional tobacco and nicotine are known to adversely affect sleep, but it is unknown whether e-cigarettes also have deleterious effects on sleep. We show for the first time that dual use of e-cigarettes with conventional tobacco by women is worse for sleep quality than not smoking.
