What is it about?
Reflexive spirituality seem to empower the Filipino Catholic youth to uphold beliefs that diverge from traditional Catholic teachings, advocating for a more humanistic approach to expressing their faith. Findings of the study show that reflexive spirituality is characterised by a personal relationship with God and compassion toward others. The implications highlight the importance of the Catholic Church embracing and accepting reflexive practices by developing programs to explore their benefits and contributing to discussions on individualised expressions of faith.
