What is it about?
This article considers the international laws relating to the use of autonomous vehicles in drug trafficking at sea. The analysis shows to what extent the existing international laws account for the use of maritime autonomous vehicles by police authorities or by criminals. The authors suggest what changes in existing international and national laws may be needed in the future.
