Why is it important?

Approximately all studies investigating the role of social conformity were conducted at least 20 years ago and their number is considerably small, so this is a novel study. Also, it contradicts the biases favoring men in locus of control and conformity.

Perspectives

I enjoy reading this paper as its findings are completely different compared to the previous studies. More importantly, although the author of this paper was not a woman, the results mostly FAVORED WOMEN.
