What is it about?
Graciela Muñoz is a musician and medial artist who captured the sound of the Baker river in the deep south of Chile, and "move it" to the dry creek bed of her hometown Petorca, through the installation of 28 speakers.

Why is it important?
This work is a nostalgic moan operation on the loss of a natural asset, through the modality of sound. "Recover sound" as is called, created an intimate recall of something loss by the ortodox implementation of capitalistic logic to water.
Perspectives
Writing this article was a great pleasure as it has co-authors with whom I had a transdisciplinarity collaboration. This article also lead to to know how global economy is affecting nature in all parts of the world.
