Oxidative stress in clinical samples
What is it about?
This paper reviews the current approaches and methods used to measure oxidative stress in clinical samples. It also includes recent findings of oxidative stress biomarkers in clinical samples of some cancer patients.
Why is it important?
This paper argues that a critical evaluation of the current methodologies used to measure oxidative stress should be undertaken to enable the investigators to choose the most suitable procedure for each biomarker.
