Failed back surgery syndrome (FBSS) management

What is it about?

Low back pain is extremely frequent. Its surgical treatment can result in a worsening of the problem, evolving in a failed back surgery syndrome. Here a pharmacological help is proposed.

Why is it important?

Patients with failed back surgery syndrome result very difficult to treat. Frequently also the pharmacological therapy is scarcely efficacious. A potential help for their treatment is proposed in this paper
