What is it about?
The future of work will involve intense collaboration between humans and AI. In human-AI collaboration, humans can leverage AI, which often has complementary competencies to their own, resulting in better outcomes. However, humans are often inefficient at AI delegation due to perception biases. To address this issue, this article explores human delegation behavior in collaboration with AI in greater depth. Our study suggests that specific AI knowledge of the AI and the humans themselves is crucial for efficient AI delegation.
