Research into factors influencing the return to work of unemployed people over-50

What is it about?

This outlines the methods used to identify what influences those over-50 returning to wok as part of the UK employment support policy, called the Work Programme. The main dta source is administrative data on over 13.000 participant, plus qualitative research involving support agency workers and participants themselves. The results are in Brown et al. in BMJ Open (2018).
